¿Quién se ha llevado mi queso?
Hemos leído esta mañana la respuesta del portal idealista.com al post que publicó Jesús Barrio en su blog sobre las causas por las que se había dado de baja en el mismo. Os recomendamos la lectura del mismo por que no tiene desperdicio.
El tono de la carta (la firma Eduardo Vela, el ¿gestor comercial? de Jesús en idealista.com) nos parece totalmente prepotente. Os pasamos un pedazo de la misma:
“Esta aplicación (hace mención a la herramienta para gestionar los anuncios que Jesús criticó) ha sido testada con cientos de agentes inmobiliarios y hoy día es considerada el software inmobiliario más útil del mercado……. ¡¡Por que lo digo yo!!
El proceso de creación y actualización de este software se realiza “pegados al cliente”, escuchando (¿?) qué necesidades nuevas surgen en el mercado y que nuestra “herramienta” debe solucionar. Con este modelo de trabajo hemos conseguido un software intuitivo, cómodo y muy fácil de usar. Y no es necesario que nadie me crea, solo tienen que usarla……………………pues parece que lo han hecho y los resultados no son tan satisfactorios como ellos presuponen.
Decir que idealista es uno de los líderes del mercado y que hasta la fecha lo han hecho mejor que el resto es una obviedad pero como escribía Kof en su laberinto “Notar enseguida los pequeños cambios ayuda a adaptarse a los cambios más grandes que están por llegar”.
Existen otros portales que ofrecen un servicio muy parecido al de idealista de manera gratuita y por tanto o aportan un servicio de mayor valor añadido o puede que tengan que preguntarse ……………….¿Quién se ha llevado mi queso?
